Ingredients
 200 g boneless chicken.
 4 medium size potatoes (boiled and matched).
 1 tbsp green chilli paste.
 ½ tsp garlic paste.
 ½ tsp ginger paste.
 3 tbsp onion paste.
 ½ cup coriander leaves(Chopped).
 ¼ cup mint leaves (Chopped).
 Oil for frying.
 1 tsp black pepper.
 1 tsp salt (or to taste).
 1 tsp coriander powder.
 ½ tsp red chilli powder.
 ½ tsp mustard powder.
 ½ tsp chaat masala.
Breading
 1 cup bread crumbs.
 1 whisked egg.
 1 pinch of salt.
 1 pinch of red chilli powder.
Garnish
 Salad leaves.
 Mint leaves.
Method
1

First we boil the boneless chicken and fiber it.

Take a bowl and add fiber chicken, matched potatoes, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, onion paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and all other spices and mix it properly.

Now grease your hands with oil and make a proper shape of kabab’s (make 8-10).

Take a bread crumbs in a bowl and egg in another bowl.

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of red chilli powder in a egg and whisk it.

Now take a kabab and dip in a egg & then coat with breadcrumbs.

Now take a oil in a pan and fry the kabab's on a medium flame until golden brown.

Garnish kabab's with salad and mint leaves and serve it.
