Ingredients
 500 g boneless chicken.
 Oil for frying.
 1 tbsp ginger paste.
 1 tbsp garlic paste.
 1 tbsp green chilli paste.
 ½ cup coriander leaves.
 1 boiled matched potato (small).
 1 slice.
 1 tsp black pepper.
 1 tsp salt (or to taste ).
 ½ tsp coriander powder.
 ½ tsp red chilli powder.
 2 tsp soya sauce.
Breading
 1 cup bread crumbs.
 1 whisked egg.
 1 pinch of salt.
 1 pinch of black pepper.
Garnish
 Salad leaves.
 Onions ring.
 Cucumber slices.
Method
Preparation of Chicken Donuts Paste

First we wash the boneless chicken and add into the chopper.

Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and coriander leaves Now chopp it for 2 minutes.

Then add slice, matched potato, soya sauce and all spices.

Chopp until well combined.

Making Shape of Donuts

First grease your hands with oil.

Take a prepared paste and make a proper shape of donuts, make 6 donuts from this paste.

Breading

Take a bread crumbs in a bowl and whisk egg on another bowl.

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper in it and whisk it properly.

Now first we apply egg on donuts and then coat the donuts with bread crumbs.

Frying

Now take a oil in a pan and fry donuts for 10 minutes on a medium flame 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Garnish

Garnish chicken donuts with onion rings, cucumber slices and salad leaves and serve it.
