Ingredients
 4 medium size potatoes.
 Oil for fry.
 ½ tsp garlic paste.
 ½ tsp ginger paste.
 1 tsp green chilli paste.
 ½ cup plain flour.
 ¼ cup coriander leaves (chopped).
 ½ tsp nigella seeds.
 1 tsp paprika powder.
 1 tsp dry parsley.
 1 tsp salt ( or to taste ).
 1 tsp coriander powder.
Method

Wash the potatoes properly.

Cut potatoes, make 5 to 6 pieces from one potato.

Boil potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now dry the boiled potato and set a side.

Take a bowl and add plain flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and all other spices and mix it properly and make a mixture.

Now coat the potatoes in it and fry until golden brown.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
