Ingredients
 2 tbsp Sugar
 ½ can Coconut Milk
 1 Mango, cubed
For the Rice
 1 cup Sticky Rice
 1 cup Water
 ½ can Coconut Milk
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 Star Anise
Method

In a pan add 1 cup of sticky rice and 1 cup of water.

Leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Add ½ cup of water, ½ can coconut milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 star anise.

Bring to boil.

Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Remove star anise.

In another pan add 2 tablespoons of sugar an ½ can of coconut milk.

Warm gently stirring to dissolve.

Put to one side.

Serve sticky rice and add 1 cubed mango.

Drizzle over with coconut milk and enjoy!
