Masala Fries

 3 tbsp olive oil, for frying
 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 ½ onion, diced
 1 tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ cup tomato, chopped
 fresh coriander, to garnish
 1 tsp ground cumin
 one tsp coriander powder
 1 tsp lemon juice
 natural yogurt, to garnish
 1 tbsp butter, for frying

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spread out the fries and bake for 20 minutes.

While the fries are baking, prepare masala.

Heat an outsized skillet over medium heat and add the oil and butter.

Stir within the ginger garlic paste and fry for a couple of minutes.

Add onion and fry for a few minutes until soft.

Sprinkle in the chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, lemon juice and stir continuously for a moment.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes and fry several more minutes, until sauce has thickened.

Add the fries to pan and stir until evenly coated.

Drop yogurt on top and garnish with fresh coriander.
