 250 ml Water
 1 pinch Salt if desired
 1 pinch Pepper
 10 ml Vinegar
 3 Eggs

Put water into a pan, add salt, pepper and vinegar. Bring to the boil.

Break the eggs into the boiling salted water. Simmer gently until eggs are set.

Remove the eggs from pan and serve.
